Polly from Pieces by Polly back again with another fun pillow project for you. I’ve always LOVED how Cuddle® bindings look on quilts, so on a whim I decided to try adding a regular quilt binding to some Cuddle® pillows…and my new favorite way of making pillows was born. It’s a great way to add a contrasting Cuddle® fabric. A solid color Cuddle® binding can help keep a busy print grounded…or a Cuddle® print can add a bit more interest to a plainer looking pillow.
This method works equally well for large or small or custom shaped pillows.
The gift for the Fancy person in your life, perhaps that person might even be you. In my case I will have to say that I might be a little fancy because I really couldn’t wait to make a Luxe Fur Throw!! Enter Shannon Fabrics Snow Leopard Faux Fur!!
Are you in search of a darling gift for under the tree? I’m sharing two cute little items that would be perfect for the traveler on your list. Hi there, I am Michelle from Mixi Heart and I am sharing a quilted neck pillow in Cuddle® using Crafty Gemini’s tutorial and my Sleep Mask to make the perfect travel set.
Sleep masks can be helpful for anyone trying to get some shut-eye while it’s still light out, but these weighted Cuddle® sleep masks are even more useful. Migraine sufferers can keep one in the freezer and pull it out for some cold, soothing relief. They can also be great for kids who have a hard time falling asleep on their own. Even without cooling them, kids will love the soft plush feel and soothing pressure of the weighted poly-pellet beads as the mask helps them keep their eyes closed long enough to fall asleep. Letting kids pick their own Cuddle color or pattern will make this a fast favorite in their bedtime routine!
