There are several things I love about Shannon, their quality, their great designs but those are not the biggest wins when dealing with Shannon. The #1 thing is their stunning customer service, they are head and heals above any other supplier that I use. They are courteous and conscientious about giving us the very best service, calling before an order is shipped just to check if we need anything else. If something is back ordered making sure we know it up front and then seeing if we want the rest of the order to ship or to be put on hold.
