Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy:
We know how tough it can be to wait for a box full of Cuddle®, so our warehouse team does their best to ship your order as fast and cost effectively as possible! We work with a variety of shipping and logistics companies to keep prices low for our customers, and we compare and pick the best option for what each order requires. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. We try to ship general orders within three to five business days, but busier seasons may require an extended processing time of seven to ten business days. Please contact us if your order requires faster processing times and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Return Policy:
We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out! Shannon Fabrics gladly accepts returns, with the exception of cut fabrics, custom orders and sample yardage. We’ll cover the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for non-defective merchandise. We must be contacted for a return within ten (10) days after your order is delivered. Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. Please contact our friendly customer service team to arrange your return.
